Goose the Market has been a leader in the Indianapolis food scene for more than a decade.
A full-service butcher shop and specialty market complete with a diverse craft beer and wine selection, Goose the Market offers visitors a daily rotating menu of sandwiches, soups and small plates. Alongside their rotating items, they also offer a variety of cured meats, house-made sausages, various cheeses and cut-to-order beef, poultry, pork and game from local Indiana farms.
Over the years, Goose the Market has expanded to serve a larger section of the Indianapolis community. Their meatery, Smoking Goose in the Holy Cross Neighborhood, opened its doors in 2011 and now creates more than 40 varieties of small batch slow-cured and smoked meats, salumi and sausages. In 2017, Oca was added to Sun King Brewing's taproom in Downtown Indianapolis, serving ready-to-eat sausage dishes and cheese and charcuterie boards alongside Sun King taps. A second Oca location followed suit in 2018, opening in Sun King's newest location in Fishers.
Through all of this growth, owners Mollie and Chris Eley have understood the importance of staying connected with their employees no matter the location.
