As President and CEO of Kerauno LLC, Josh guides the corporate direction and provides the overall vision for making Kerauno the premier global communications workflow as a service platform.

 

Josh is a lifetime entrepreneur and visionary leader in the communications technology space. Prior to co-founding Kerauno, Josh co-founded Axia Technology Partners (AxiaTP) where, under his guidance, sales revenue experienced a triple-digit growth, year over year. His business dealings have included Fortune 100, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies across the country.

 

Josh holds a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana State University.

As Co-founder and Chief Product Evangelist of Kerauno LLC, Jason is focused on building strategic partnerships and emphasizing the power and versatility of the Kerauno communications workflow platform. He helps businesses understand how to utilize the workflow, collaboration and integration tools within Kerauno to help optimize their business processes through communications.

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in both software and telecommunications leadership to Kerauno. Prior to co-founding Kerauno, Jason co-founded Axia Technology Partners (AxiaTP), where he was instrumental in the architecture, design and launch of the Axia Advantage PBX platform as well as the Axia Advantage Predictive and Auto Dialer products. Jason also played a pivotal role in the architecture and design of the AxiaTP nation-wide VoIP network and Communications as a Service (CaaS) platforms.

Jeff Stickel, Kerauno Chief Technology O

A proven leader with nearly 30 years in software development, Jeff is responsible for establishing and executing on the technology vision for Kerauno. As we anticipate explosive growth, Jeff is responsible for scaling our highly secure, highly available platform, as well as our extraordinary team of dedicated engineers to meet our customers' demand for services. 

 

Jeff spent the last 6 years leading a software development organization for Salesforce in Indianapolis, prior to which he worked for more than 20 years as a software development and integration consultant.

 

Jeff holds bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mathematics from Illinois State University, and a masters in computer science from Purdue University.

As Chief Marketing Officer, David designs and choreographs the strategy development, planning and execution of the company's marketing, advertising and communications initiatives. He is responsible for leading an in-house team that generates revenue opportunities through product and channel marketing as well as to inspire and shape the organization.

David is a dynamic marketing leader with 25 years of proven success building and leading brands.  Over the past 10 years, he founded and operated a multi-disciplinary agency which was a 4-time member of the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. Prior to that, he made his mark navigating premier accounts at Madison Avenues' largest agencies.  David brings deep business marketing expertise in the communications and technology arena, having led efforts for a range of the industry's top brands.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Boston University.

Jesse Kurth, Kerauno Vice President of S

As Vice President of Services, Jesse is responsible for leading a variety of departments and initiatives for Kerauno, including professional services, customer care, and education & training. Jesse also serves as the point person in charge of managing Kerauno’s internal IT relationships.

 

Bringing with him more than a decade of experience in growing tech companies, Jesse joins Kerauno from Conga, which purchased Octiv in early 2018. While at Octiv, Jesse managed client success, professional services, product, and program management and helped grow the company into a successful business.

 

Prior to joining Octiv, Jesse spent four years with Fifth Gear and was a member of one of the early Orr Fellowship classes. Jesse graduated from Valparaiso University where he studied Business Administration and Marketing.

As Vice President of Sales, Susan is focused on the overall sales strategy and structure of our sales organization and is responsible for building out a national sales team that will focus on driving revenue through new and existing strategic partnerships.

 

Susan has over 25 years of experience leading high-performance sales teams in the technology industry. Prior to joining Kerauno, Susan spent 15 years at Mitel serving in various leadership positions focusing on both channel and direct sales. Susan brings with her a successful background in building channel programs that enable partners to adjust to changes in the marketplace while increasing revenues. For her work, Susan was recognized by CRN’s Women of the Channel Power 100 list. Prior to joining Mitel, Susan spent 5 years at CenturyLink leading their channel sales efforts in South Texas and Louisiana.

 

Susan currently serves as local chapter chairperson for Alliance of Channel Women.

As Vice President of Accounting, Amy is accountable for the accounting operations of Kerauno and leads the creation and implementation of scalable processes and financial reporting systems for the company.

 

Prior to joining Kerauno, Amy established financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems for Onebridge, an Indiana-based technology company, specializing in consulting and staffing services. Prior to Onebridge, Amy spent nearly a decade with Pile CPAs, a public accounting firm, performing a full spectrum of accounting and auditing functions for construction contractors, non-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. This included examining and analyzing financial statements, expenditures, tax returns, and revenues to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.

 

Amy is a Certified Public Account. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business at Western Illinois University and her MS in Accounting from Indiana University.

David is responsible for the overall quality assurance of the Kerauno platform with an emphasis on software development, implementation of test automation, and seamless deployment of Kerauno to our various partners and end users.

 

David brings more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing test plans, quality assurance procedures and test cases. Throughout his career he has led numerous teams in building and executing software quality assurance programs by maintaining a thorough understanding of industry best practices in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

 

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from DePauw University.

Jeremy Brilliant, Kerauno Director of Co

In his role as Director of Communications, Jeremy is responsible for all internal and external communications and brand awareness. He also serves as primary media contact and company spokesman.

 

Prior to joining Kerauno, Jeremy served as communications director for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where he was responsible for all internal and external communications as well as marketing and outreach.

 

Jeremy spent more than 20 years as a television journalist, most recently at WTHR in Indianapolis. He also worked both on-air and behind the scenes in television news while living in the Middle East in the 1990’s.

Pat Lockwood, Director of Project Manage

Pat is responsible for standardizing the structure and processes that govern project management, in order to maintain a consistent, positive experience for customers.

​

Pat brings more than 30 years of experience with technology, sales and project management to Kerauno. He previously worked at SDLC Partners – a privately held consulting firm – as a regional director of business development. Prior to that, Lockwood held positions at Batesville Casket, Logicalis, MindGent LLC, Solution Technology Inc. and IBM.

​

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and is PMP certified.

As Senior Director of Sales Engineering, Scott is focused on leading a team of seasoned professionals who will add depth to the sales team by understanding and articulating current and upcoming technologies and how Kerauno can fundamentally drive change by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and leveraging Kerauno technology in unique ways. 

 

Scott brings more than 20 years of systems engineering and systems architecture experience in both UC and UCaaS platforms to Kerauno. Prior to joining Kerauno, Scott worked for Mitel where he led teams of Systems Engineers and Solution Architects. Those teams were responsible in a pre-sales capacity to determine business requirements and would design solutions that helped customers enhance their communications experience and improve productivity and efficiency.  Scott was also instrumental in the architectural design and improvement of Mitel’s cloud platforms. 

 

Scott holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology.
